Bio

I'm a full-time English professor and part-time musician based in the Washington D.C./Baltimore area.  I grew up singing and playing piano and pursued jazz voice in college before changing my major to English. While working on my Ph.D., I enjoyed writing songs and playing locally as much as possible. In 2019, I began recording some of my work, and I'm now happy to release the Viewpoint Jane EP (available November 13, 2020).
